How to Display Company Name while sending bill on WhatsApp through Marg Wallet ?

In Marg ERP Software, if the user needs the company name to appear in the WhatsApp message while sending a bill through Marg Wallet, then it can be easily done.

  • Go to Digital > Marg Wallet > Activate Services.

  • Click on 'Company Details'.

  • In 'Company Short Name on Message' option, the user will mention the company name as per the requirement.
  • Suppose mention 'Shiva Shakti Medicals'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Company Name will get displayed while sending Bill on WhatsApp through Marg Wallet.

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

2. A 'Control Room' window will appear. The user will select ‘Payment Reminder’.

3. Now click on ‘Accept’.

4. In 'Company Short Name on Message', the user will mention the company name as per the requirement.

5. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

6. Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
