Process To WhatsApp Stock And Sale Analysis In Marg Wallet

Process To Activate Email And WhatsApp Service

• Go to Digital > Marg Wallet > Activate Services.

• Click on 'SMS/Email/WhatsApp'.

• Now the user will place a checkmark on both 'Email' and 'WhatsApp services.
• Click on 'Submit' button.

Note: It's mandatory to enable E-Mail service in both Wallet and Control room to share Stock & Sale analysis on WhatsApp.

Process To Enable Email And WhatsApp In Marg Wallet

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.
• The user will select 'E-Mail Setup'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'E-Mail Setup' window will appear.
• In 'Email Send From X-No S-MARG Server I-Individual Computer' option the user will select 'I'.

• Now the user will select 'SMS/WhatsApp Setup'.

• A 'SMS Setup' window will appear.
• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'SMS Setup' window will appear.
• In 'Messages Send through M-Marg Server / N-Individual Computer / X-Not Required' option the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

Process To WhatsApp Stock And Sale Analysis In Marg Wallet

• Go to Daily Reports > Daily Working > Stock & Sale Analysis.

• A 'Select Company' window will appear.
• The user will select companies as per the requirement.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Company or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Company. 

• The user will press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Stock & Sales Analysis' window will appear.
• Click on 'View'.

• The user can view the report will get generated, click on 'Email' icon.

• Click on 'Message' option.

• Thereafter, the user will press 'Enter' key on a particular party to whom WhatsApp needs to be sent.
• Suppose select 'Kajal'.

• Mention the text as per the requirement and click on 'Close'.
• Suppose mention 'Find the Attachment'.

• Click on 'Yes' to send Stock and Sale Analysis on WhatsApp.

After following the above steps, the user can view Stock and Sale Analysis report will get WhatsApp in Marg Wallet.
