PROCESS TO ACTIVATE WHATSAPP SERVICE IN MARG WALLET

Note: Firstly, the user needs to Activate Marg Wallet.

• Go to Digital > Marg Wallet > Activate Services.

• Click on 'SMS/Email/WhatsApp'.

• Now the user will place a check mark on 'WhatsApp' service.
• Click on 'Submit' button.

PROCESS OF WHATSAPP SETUP IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.
• The user will select 'SMS/WhatsApp Setup'.

• A 'SMS Setup' window will appear.
• Now click on ‘Accept’.

A 'SMS Setup' window will appear.

a. Messages Send through M-Marg Server / N-Individual Computer / X-Not Required: Select the option as per the requirement.

M-Marg Server: Select the option 'M' if need to send WhatsApp through the Server File (Make sure the Server file is opened).

N-Individual Computer: Select the option 'N', if need to send WhatsApp through the Net (Make sure the Net is connected).

Suppose select 'N'.

b. Message P-Setup in Party Master or Default W-Whatsapp S-SMS B-Both: The user will select the option as per the requirement.

P-Setup in Party Master or Default: Select the option if needed to enable the option party-wise.

W-WhatsApp: Select the option need to enable only WhatsApp for all Parties.

S-SMS: Select the option need to enable only SMS for all Parties.

B-Both: Select the option to enable both WhatsApp and SMS.

Suppose select 'W-WhastApp'.

• Now the user will press 'PageDown' key.

c. Message if New Receipt/Payment/Both/All/X-No: The user will select 'Y' to ask Whatsapp in New Vouchers.

Now select the option for Whatsapp to be asked as per the requirement.

Receipt: Select the option if need to ask WhatsApp only in the Newly created Receipt Voucher.

Payment: Select the option if need to ask WhatsApp only in the Newly created Payment Voucher.

Both: Select the option if need to ask WhatsApp in both the Newly created Receipt and Payment Voucher.

All: Select the option if need to ask WhatsApp in all types of Newly created Voucher Entry.

X-No: Select the option if need to disable WhatsApp for all Newly created voucher entries.

Suppose select 'R'.

d. Message of Modify Account Entries Receipt/Payment/Both/All/X-No: The user will select whether the user needs software to Ask for sending WhatsApp while modifying accounting entries or not.

Receipt: Select the option if need to ask WhatsApp only while modifying Receipt Voucher.

Payment: Select the option if need to ask WhatsApp only while modifying Payment Voucher.

Both: Select the option if need to ask WhatsApp in both Receipt and Payment Voucher while modification.

All: Select the option if need to ask WhatsApp in all types of Voucher Entry while modification.

X-No: Select the option if need to disable WhatsApp for all voucher entries while modification.

Suppose select 'X'.

e. Also Message to Administration on: The user will mention the contact details of the admin/manager to whom the WhatsApp needs to be sent along with the customer for accounting entries.

Suppose skip it.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

PROCESS TO ADD PARTY WHATSAPP NUMBER IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Ledger Master > Ledger > Modify Ledger.

• A 'Ledger Alteration' window will appear.
• The user will select the ledger in which the WhatsApp number needs to be mentioned.
• Suppose select 'Kajal' and press 'Enter' key.

• Now select 'SMS,EMail & Geo'.

• A 'Message,EMail' window will appear.
• In 'Message' option, send will be auto-set.

• In 'WhatsApp Number' option, mention the party's Whatsapp Number.

• Now press 'PageDown' key.

PROCESS TO SEND VOUCHER ON WHATSAPP THROUGH MARG WALLET

• Suppose, the user creates a Receipt Voucher and click on 'Save'.

• A Marg ERP 9+ alert of 'Want to Send Message?' will appear.
• Click on 'Yes'.

• Again an alert of 'Successfully Submitted!' will appear.

After following the above steps, the user can WhatsApp Receipt Voucher through Marg Wallet.
