Process to Modify City in SFAXpert Software

Process to Delete City in SFAXpert Software

PROCESS TO CREATE CITY IN SFAXPERT SOFTWARE

• Firstly, go to Master > City.

• A 'List of City' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Add City' tab.

• A 'Selected' window will appear.

• In 'State' field, the user will select the state of city as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Haryana'.

• In 'Head Quarter' field, the user will select head quarter of state as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Delhi'.

• In 'City' field, the user will mention city name as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention 'Rohtak'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the City will get created in SFAXpert Software.

PROCESS TO MODIFY CITY IN SFAXPERT SOFTWARE

• Go to Master > City.

• A 'List of City' window will appear.

• The user will select city which needs to be modified.

• Suppose select 'Rajiv Chowk' and click on the 'Edit' tab.

• A 'Selected City' window will appear.

• The user will modify city as per the requirement.

• Suppose change city name to 'Patel Nagar'.

• Now click on the 'Save' tab.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Selected City will get modified in SFAXpert Software.

PROCESS TO DELETE CITY IN SFAXPERT SOFTWARE

• Go to Master > City.

• A 'List of City' window will appear.

• The user will select the city which needs to be deleted.

• Suppose select 'Patel Nagar' and click on the 'Delete' icon.

• A 'Do you want to delete this record' pop up will appear.

• The user will click on 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Selected City will get deleted in SFAXpert Software.
