• Go to Admin Utility > DCR > Executive Field Activity Report.

• An 'Executive Field Activity Report' window will appear.
• In 'State' option, the user will select the state whose executive field activity report needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'Delhi'.

• In 'Head Quarter' option, the user will select the head quarter whose executive field activity report needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'East Delhi'.

• In 'Year' option, the user will select the year whose executive field report needs to be view.
• Suppose select '2020'.

• In 'Executive' option, the user will select executive whose field activity report needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'Devesh Sharma'.

• The user will select the activity whose particular report needs to be view or 'Check All' in order to view all activities.
• Suppose select 'Check All'.

• Now click on 'Get Report' button.

• The 'Executive Field Activity Report' will get displayed.

• The user will click on 'PDF' icon.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Executive Field Activity Report will get generated in PDF Format through SFAXpert Software.
