Process to Modify Designation in SFAXpert Software

Process to Delete Designation in SFAXpert Software

PROCESS TO CREATE DESIGNATION IN SFAXPERT SOFTWARE

• Go to Master > Designation.

• A 'List of Designation' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Add Designation' tab.

• In 'Designation' field, the user will mention the designation name as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention 'Senior Sales Executive'.

• In 'Position' field, the user will select position from dropdown as per the requirement.

• Suppose select '1'.

• Now, click on 'Save and Continue' tab.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Designation will get created in SFAXpert Software.

PROCESS TO MODIFY DESIGNATION IN SFAXPERT SOFTWARE

• Go to Master > Designation.
  

• A 'List of Designation' window will appear.

• The user will select the designation which needs to be modified.

• Suppose select 'Sales Executive' and click on 'Modify' icon.

• A 'Selected Designation' window will appear.

• The user will modify designation as per the requirement.

• Suppose change designation into 'Area Sales Executive'.

• Now click on the 'Save' tab.

• A 'You are changing rank of designation' pop up will appear.

• The user will click on 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Selected Designation will get Modified in SFAXpert Software.

PROCESS TO DELETE DESIGNATION IN SFAXPERT SOFTWARE

• Go to Master > Designation.
  

• A 'List of Designation' window will appear.

• The user will select designation which needs to be deleted.

• Suppose select 'Marketing Executive' and click on 'Delete' icon.

• A 'Do you want to delete this record' pop up will appear.

• The user will click on 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Selected Designation will get deleted in SFAXpert Software.
