• Go to Doctor > Doctor Deactivate.

• A 'Doctor Deactivate' window will appear.
• In 'State' option, the user will select the state whose deactivate doctor list needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'Delhi'.

• In 'Head Quarter' option, the user will select the head quarter whose deactivate doctor list needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'East India'.

• In 'Area' option, the user will select the area whose deactivate doctor report needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'Chandni Chowk'.

• In 'Type' option, the user will click on 'Deactivate'.

• Now click on 'Get Report' button.

• A 'Deactivate Doctor' report will get displayed.

• The user will click on 'Excel' icon.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Deactivate Doctor list will get exported in Excel format through SFAXpert Software.
