• Go to Doctor > Doctor Transfer.

• A 'Doctor Transfer' window will appear.

• In 'State' field, the user will select the state whose doctor has transferred.

• Suppose select 'Delhi'.

• In 'Head Quarter' field, the user will select the head quarter of the selected state.

• Suppose select 'East Delhi'.

• In 'City' field, the user will select the city of the selected state.

• Suppose select 'East Delhi'.

• In 'Area' field, the user will select the area of the selected city as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Alhabad'.

• In 'Executive' field, the user will select the executive whose report needs to be view.

• Suppose select 'Devesh Sharma'.

• The user will click on 'Active Doctor'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Active Doctor Transfer Report will get displayed in SFAXpert Software.
