• Go to Product > Gift > Yearly Gift Management.

• A 'Yearly Gift Report WP' window will appear.

• In 'State' option, the user will select the state whose gift report needs to be view.

• Suppose select 'Delhi'.

• In 'Designation' option, the user will select the designation whose gift report needs to be view.

• In 'User' option, the user will select the user whose gift report needs to be view.

• Suppose select 'Devesh Sharma'.

• In 'Year' option, the user will select the year whose report needs to be view.

• Now click on 'Get Report' tab.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Yearly Gift Management Report will get displayed in SFAXpert Software.
