Process to Modify Head Quarter in SFAXpert Software

Process to Delete Head Quarter in SFAXpert Software

PROCESS TO CREATE HEAD QUARTER IN SFAXPERT SOFTWARE

• Go to Master > Head Quarter.

• A 'List of Head Quarter' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Add Headquarter' tab.

• In 'State' field, the user will select the state from dropdown whose headquarter needs to be created.

• Suppose select 'Haryana'.

• In 'Head Quarter' option, the user will mention the selected state headquarter name as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention 'Delhi'.

• In 'Type' option, the user will click on 'Active'.

• Now the user will click on 'Save and Continue' tab.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Head Quarter will get created in SFAXpert Software.

PROCESS TO MODIFY HEAD QUARTER IN SFAXPERT SOFTWARE

• Go to Master > Head Quarter.

• A 'List of Head Quarter' window will appear.

• The User will select the state whose head quarter needs to be modified.

• Suppose select 'Haryana' and click on 'Modify' tab.

• A 'Selected State' window will appear.

• The user will modify head quarter name as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention 'Delhi'.

• Now the user will click on the 'Save' tab.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Selected Head Quarter will get modified in SFAXpert Software.

PROCESS TO DELETE HEAD QUARTER IN SFAXPERT SOFTWARE

• Go to Master > Head Quarter.

• A 'List of Head Quarter' window will appear.

• The user will select the head quarter which needs to be deleted.

• Suppose select 'Haryana' and click on 'Delete' icon.

• A 'Do you want to delete this record?' pop up will appear.

• The user will click on 'Yes' in order to delete head quarter.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Selected Head Quarter will get deleted in SFAXpert Software.
