• Go to Admin Utility > User Leave Detail.

• A 'User Leave Detail' window will appear.
• In 'State' option, the user will select the state whose user leave detail needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'All'.

• In 'Designation' option, the user will select the designation for which user leave detail needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'M.R'.

• In 'User Name' option, the user will select the user whose leave detail needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'All'.

• In 'Period' option, the user will select on which bases report needs to be view i.e. year wise or custom date wise.
• Suppose select 'Year'.

• In 'Year' option, the user will select the year whose user leave report needs to be view.
• Suppose select '2020'.

• Now click on 'Get Report' button.

• A 'User Leave Detail' report will get displayed.

• The user will click on 'CSV' icon.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the User Leave Detail report will get exported in CSV format through SFAXpert Software.
