• Go to Admin Utility > Other Reports > User Yearly Activity Analysis.

• An 'User Yearly Activity Analysis' window will appear.
• In 'State' option, the user will select the state whose report needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select 'Delhi'.

• In 'Designation' option, the user will select the designation whose report needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select 'M.R'.

• In 'User' option, the user will select the user whose report needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select 'Devesh Sharma'.

• In 'Year' option, the user will select the year whose report needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select '2023'.

• Now click on 'Get Report' button.

• The report of 'User Yearly Activity Analysis' will get displayed.

• The user will click on 'Excel' icon.

After following the above steps, the user can view User Yearly Activity Analysis will get exported in Excel format through SFAXpert Software.
