• Go to Admin Utility > Other Reports > User Yearly Activity Analysis.

• An 'User Yearly Activity Analysis' window will appear.
• In 'State' option, the user will select the state whose report needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'Delhi'.

• In 'Designation' option, the user will select the designation whose report needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'M.R'.

• In 'User' option, the user will select the user whose report needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'Devesh Sharma'.

• In 'Year' option, the user will select the year whose report needs to be view.
• Suppose select '2023'.

• Now click on 'Get Report' button.

• The report of 'User Yearly Activty Analysis' will get displayed.

• The user will click on 'CSV' icon.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the User Yearly Activity Analysis will get exported in CSV format through SFAXpert Software.
