• Go to Doctor  > Report Grade & Degree Wise.

• A 'Grade Degree Wise Doctor Report' window will appear.
• In 'State' option, the user will select the state whose degree wise doctor list needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'Delhi'.

• In 'Head Quarter' option, the user will select the head quarter whose degree wise doctor list needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'East Delhi'.

• In 'Selection' option, the user will select on which bases doctor list needs to be view.
• Suppose click on 'Degree'.

• In 'Grade/Degree' option, the user will select the particular degree whose doctor list needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'BAMS'.

• Now click on 'Get Report' button.

• A 'Degree Wise Doctor' list will get displayed.

• The user will click on 'PDF' option.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Degree Wise Doctor list will get exported in PDF format through SFAXpert Software.
