How to set doctor visit details in SFAxpert software ?

Go to Doctor > Set doctor visited > Doctor visit details window will be appear >Select state ,headquarter , user,area, year & month as per the user requirement > Then click on open button > Selected fields doctor details window will be appear > Select doctor by tick sign front of the doctor name > Then click on submit button.
