How to Export Doctor visit details in CSV in SFAxpert Software ?

Go to Doctor > Set doctor visited > Doctor visit details window will be appear >Select state ,headquarter , user,area, year & month as per the user requirement > Then click on open button > Selected fields doctor details window will be appear > Then click on CSV sign for export report in CSV format.
