• Go to Admin Utility > TP > Consolidate Yearly TP Approval Status.

• In 'Consolidate Yearly TP Approval Status' window will appear.
• In 'State' option, the user will select the state whose consolidate yearly tp report needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'Delhi'.

• In 'Designation' option, the user will select the designation whose consolidate yearly tp report needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'M.R'.

• In 'Month' option, the user will select the month for which consolidate yearly tp report needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'All'.

• In 'Year' option, the user will select the year for which consolidate yearly tp report needs to be view.
• Suppose select '2022'.

• Now click on 'Get Report'.

• The report of 'Consolidate Yearly TP Approval Status' will get displayed.

• The user will click on 'PDF' icon.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Consolidate Yearly TP Approval Status Report will get exported in PDF format through SFAXpert Software.
