Process to Export Quarterly User Wise Target and Achievement Report in Excel from SFAXpert Software

Overview: Marg SFAXpert Software displays the graph of sales by which the user can easily evaluate the performance of the sales person. The owner can view the report of target and achievements of each user and accordingly manage their sales for future. Also, the same can be exported in excel, CSV format.

 In order to export the report the user needs to perform the below steps:

Firstly, Go to User > User Target and Achievement.

Then, Select the state. Suppose, if the user has different branches and multiple Salesman/Executive then select the state accordingly.

Now, Select the year from the list for the record the user wants to retrieve from the software. 

In the next option the user will have to select the option Yearly/Monthly/Quarterly as per the requirement. Suppose select the quarterly option to generate the report on quarterly basis. Then click on the below button of “Get Report” to view the report.

Now click on the Excel icon on the bottom right.

After clicking on the icon, the excel file of target and achievement will get downloaded on the system.

When the user will click on that downloaded excel file, it will get displayed.
