Process to Export Yearly User Wise Target and Achievement Report in CSV from SFAXpert Software

Overview : In Marg, SFAXpert displays the graph of sales by which the user can easily evaluate the performance of sales person. An owner can view the report of target and achievements of each user and accordingly manage their sales for future. The same can be exported in excel, csv format also.

In order to export the report, the user will follow the below steps:

First of all, Go to User > User Target and Achievement

Then Select the state (like if the user has different branches and multiple Salesman/Executive at same then select the state accordingly).

Now, Select the year from the list whose record the user needs to retrieve from software. 

In next option, the user will select the option from Yearly/Monthly/Quarterly as per the requirement. Now, the user will select the yearly option as the report needs to be generated on yearly basis. Then click on the below button of “Get Report” to view the report.

Then, click on the CSV icon on the right side below of the screen.

After clicking on icon, the csv file of target and achievement will get downloaded on the system.

When the user will click on that downloaded csv file, the file will get displayed to the user.
