If the Party Balances change again and again while Refreshing Party balance then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press 'Enter' key.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Party Balances'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Party Balances' window will appear.
  • In 'Party Balances with Other Cash & O/s in Billing' option, the user will select 'X'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Party Balance will not get changed while refreshing Party Balance in Marg Software.

Suppose Refresh balance for the Party 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.
