In order to Carry Outstanding Balance from the previous year to New Financial Year, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Carry Balances.

• An 'Attention Please' window will appear.

• If the software is being run on multi-user environment then Marg software must be turned off from all the node's connections.

• Click on 'Ok'.

• A 'Carry Balance' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Yes'.

• A 'Carry Balance' window will appear.

• In 'Outstanding', the user will select 'Yes'.

• Then press 'PageDown' key and click on 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the Ledger Outstanding will be carried forward from the Previous Year to New Financial Year in Marg Software.
