Marg ERP Software has a provision of Multi Deletion which is a very beneficial feature in which the users can delete Salt, HSN and category which are not required in future. The user can delete those non-working Salt/Hsn/Category with which the transactions is not being done for more than 6 months.

In order to delete Non Working Salt/Hsn/Category, the user needs to follow the steps below:

• Go to Reports > Management Reports > Utilities > Multi Deletion > Non Working Salt/Hsn/Category.

• In 'TYPE ' user will type 'SURE' and press 'Enter' key.

• Now, the user will select the Non working Salt/HSN/Category which needs to be delete as per the requirement.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Salt/HSN/Category or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Salt/HSN/Category.

• Press 'Enter' key.

After following the above steps, the Non working Salt/Hsn/Category will be deleted in Marg ERP Software.
