In Marg ERP Software, Multi-Deletion (Non-Working Ledgers) is a very beneficial feature, in which users can delete companies and items that are not required in the future, i.e., the purchase and sales of products are not being done for 6 months or more.

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Deletion > Non Working Ledgers.

• The user will type 'Sure'.

•  The user will select the Group and press 'Enter' key.

Note: Single group can be selected by plus '+' key or 'Space bar' key, and multiple groups selected by Asterisk '*' key.

• Now, the user will select ledgers that need to be deleted, then press 'Enter' key.

Note: Single ledger can be selected by plus '+' key or 'SpaceBar' key, and Multiple Ledgers selected by Asterisk '*' key.

After following the above steps, the user can Delete All Non Working Ledgers from the Marg ERP Software.
