Duplicate Licence is required when the user has formatted the system or have reinstalled the Software or in that case if the user has updated his/her Mobile Number, Address and E-mail ID.

So, whenever the user does these types of changes then by default the license file is being received on the user’s Registered E-mail ID and Mobile Number. 

• After the received Licence file on the Registered E-Mail ID. The user needs to just download the Attached License File.

• Then the user will copy this file from the Location.

• Now the user will Go to Desktop > Select Marg icon and right click on it.

• Select 'Open File Location'.

• Then Marg folder will open in which the user will paste the licence file.

• Now, the user will Reopen Marg software.

• The software get opened and the user will click on 'Yes' to update the licence file.

After following the above steps, the licence file get updated in Marg Software.
