With the help of Marg ERP Software, the user can easily make multiple changes in the bill at the same time, i.e., changing date of multiple bills, changing discount in multiple bills, and converting challans into bill etc.

In order to change Tax with Current tax in multiple bills, the user will follow the steps below:

• Go to Reports > Management Reports > Utilities > Multi Editing > Multi Changes in Old Bills.

• In 'Type' option, the user will select the type of transaction in which the tax needs to be updated.
• Suppose, select 'Sale'.
• Enter Date Range.
• Then, click on 'Accept'.

Note: Press the Space bar or (+) to select a bill, or Press (*) key to select all bills.

• Then press 'F6' key on it.

• Select 'Change with Current Tax'.

a. Change: Select the tax needs to be changed in all transactions, w/o brk/exp repl or only brk/exp repl.

Suppose, select 'W/o Brk/Exp Repl'.

b. Type:  Type 'SURE' to change tax to the current tax.

• Press 'Enter' key.

After following the above steps, the selected sale bills' tax will get updated with the current tax in Marg ERP Software.
