Overview Of Store Master In Marg ERP Software

• Store is a place where items are being stored. With Store Master Option, the user can Create/Modify/Delete the store.
• This option is very much useful to maintain the inventories of many stores.
• Once different stores are created, the user can make the purchases and the sales invoices from different stores.

Enabling Multi-Store In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• The user will search 'Store' and click on 'Accept' button.

• In 'Stores 1,2,3,....65' option, the user will Specify the requirement of the number of stores.
• Suppose enter '4'.

• Now, if the user wants that the software should ask store while creating Sale and purchase both then select options as per the requirement.
• Suppose select ‘I’.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now, click on ‘Yes’ button to save the changes.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• Then, File maintenance will run.

Creating New Store In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Master > Store Master.

• The user can view 2 default stores i.e. Main Store A for fresh items and Scrap Store Y for expired items.
• Now, to create new store press 'F2' key.

• The user will enter the 'Store Name and Address' where the user would store the goods.

Similarly, the user can create more Stores as per the requirement. 

Modifying Store In Marg ERP Software

• Press 'F3' key on the selected store that needs to be modified.
• Suppose select 'Warehouse'.

• Now, the user can Modify the details as per the requirement.

Deleting Store In Marg ERP Software

• The user will press 'Delete' key on the selected store to delete. 

• Click on 'Yes' button to delete the store.
