How to create Sale Bill in Marg Software ?

In Marg software, the user can easily create the sale bill. A Sale bill is a document that signifies that a person or organization has sold goods to another person or customer.

If the user needs to create a sale bill then the user needs to follow the given mentioned steps:

  • Go to Transactions > Sale > Bill. Press Enter.

  • A “Sale Entry” window will appear.
  • Enter the date as per the requirement.

  • A “Ledger” window will appear in which the user will press Enter on the selected ledger.

  • Now, press Enter to select the items.

  • An 'Items' window will appear in which the user will Select the Item as per the requirement and press Enter on it.

  • A 'Batch Selection' window will appear.  
  • Then Press Enter on the selected batch. 

  • Then Enter the Qty as per the requirement.

  • Then press Ctrl+W to save the bill.

  • Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
