In Marg ERP Software, if there is a duplicate item and user needs to remove the Duplicate Item, then it can be done easily.

Note: The user can only delete an item that does not contain any transactions or whose stock is zero.

In order to delete All Duplicate Items, the user needs to follow the steps below:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Deletion > Duplicate Items.

a. Check Code: Select 'Yes' if the user needs to delete item based on Item Code otherwise, keep it as 'No'.

b.Check Name: Select 'Yes' if the user needs to delete item based on Item Name otherwise, keep it as 'No'.

Now, in Type < SURE >, the user will type 'Sure' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user can view the name of duplicate Item.
• Click on 'Close'.

• The user will click on 'Yes' to delete the duplicate items.

• The user will click on 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Duplicate Items will be deleted in the Marg ERP Software.
