OVERVIEW OF REFRESH BALANCES IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• In Marg ERP Software, Refresh Balances can automatically run and resolve stock & accounts related errors.

• Often, software displays account and stock balances in entry but doesn’t display in ledger or stock status. So, with this provision the user can refresh the stock and account balances.  

PROCESS OF REFRESH BALANCES-SINGLE ITEM IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• For that go to Masters > Refresh Balances > Single Item.

Note: If at the time of clicking on 'Single Item' display an alert 'You are not authorised' then the user can resolve this issue by click on the given link : shorturl.at/byF26

• An 'Alert' message will appear. If the user needs to refresh a single item then click on 'Yes'.

• An 'Item' window will appear in which the user will select that particular item to refresh.

• Suppose select 'Becosule'.

• The user can view that the single item is being refreshing.

• The user can view the pop up of ‘Refresh Successfully'.

After following the above steps, the user can refresh Single item stock in Marg Software.

• Go to Masters > Refresh Balances > All Items.

• An 'Alert' message will appear. If the user needs to refresh all item then click on 'Yes'.

• The user can view that all the items are being refreshing.

• The user can view the pop up of ‘Refresh Successfully'.
