In Marg Software you can easily export the list of ledgers along with the address, phone no., state and all the necessary details of the ledger .

This option helps user to export all the ledgers created in the software at once so that user can easily make the changes in it and can import in the software.

In order to view All Ledger ( Export in Excel Or PDF ), the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Go to Books > All ledgers. Press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Ledger Accounts' window will appear.

• Press 'ALT+P' key.

A 'Print List' window will appear where the user will select the options as per the requirement.

a. Without Opening: If user need to export ledgers with opening balance then select the option as 'No' otherwise keep the option as 'Yes'.

b. A/C Group wise: If user need to export the ledger list on the basis of its account group then select the option as 'Yes' otherwise keep it as 'No'.

c. Outstanding Details: If user need to export the ledger list with the outstanding details then select the option as 'Yes' otherwise keep it as 'No'.

d. Contact-Y/Address/No: If the ledger list needs to be exported with contact details, select the option as 'Yes' otherwise keep it as 'No'.

e. Debtors Merge: If user need that the debtors should be merge in the excel sheet then select 'Yes'.

Now the user will select 'View/Print/Excel' as per the requirement.

Suppose select 'Excel'.

• Here the user can view that the ledger list is being exported.

After following the above steps, the user can View All Ledger ( Export in Excel or PDF ) in Marg Software.

1. Go to Masters > ledger Master > Ledger > Modify Ledger.

2. A 'Ledger Alteration' window will appear. Press 'Alt+P'.

3. Then a 'Print List' window will appear in which user will click on Excel/Print/PDF button according to the requirement.
