How to resolve this issue when bill no. not change through left arrow key ?

In Marg software the user can change bill number manually at the time of billing by pressing left arrow key.

However, if the user can’t be able to do so then follow the given steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

  • Control Room window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

  •  Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Ask Bill No”.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • An Ask bill no window will appear.
  •  In ‘Ask Bill No. Y-Ask N-Ask on Up Arrow X-Never Ask’ set “N”.

  • The user will now press Escape key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

By following these steps the user can Resolve the Issue of Bill no. Not Change through Left Arrow Key.

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setup > Control Room. Press Enter.

2. A Control Room window will appear > The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

3. Then user will Search “Annual” > Now click on ‘Accept’.

4. An annual window will appear.In ‘Bill No. Annualy/Monthly/Daily/Party monthly/paRty annualy’ the user will set “A”.

5. The user will now press Escape key twice >Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.
