If ' Not entered in GATE ENTRY! ' alert appears at the time of creating Purchase Bill then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software, if at the time of creating Purchase Bill alert displays 'Not entered in GATE ENTRY!', then this issue can be resolved easily.

In order to resolve the error of 'Not entered in GATE ENTRY!', the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Gate'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Gate' window will appear.
  • In 'Gate Entry Required in 1-Purchase 2-Pur+Brk/Exp Recive 3-All Inward' option, the user will select 'N'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view the error of 'Not entered in GATE ENTRY' will get resolved.
