Note: Before using the option the user needs to take the backup of the respective financial year.

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Junk Data Deletion .

A 'Database Junk Deletion Utility' window will appear with the different fields: 

a. File Name <Blank for all>: The user will mention the File Name whose junk data needs to delete otherwise keep the field as blank to delete all files junk data.

b. Ask For Confirmation: The user will select 'No'.

c. Type < Sure > to Execute: The user will type 'SURE'. Press 'Enter' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Junk Data Deletion has been start running successfully.
