If the ledger window does not appear during retail billing in Marg Software, then how to resolve this issue ?

If ledger window does not appear while doing Retail billing in Marg Software, them user needs to resolve this issue by following the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Ask Ledger'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • An 'Ask Ledger' window will appear.
  • In 'Ledger Name in Retail Billing N-Ask Y-Don't Ask S-Ask on SpaceBar' option, the user will select 'N'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Party Ledger window will get enabled in Retail bill in Marg Software.

1. Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

2. A 'Control Room' window will appear.

3. The user will select ‘Search in all’.

4. A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Patient'.

5. Now click on ‘Accept’.

6. A 'Patient' window will appear.

7. In 'Patient v/s Ledger' option, the user will select 'X/L'.

8. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

9. Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
