If ledger window does not appear while doing Retail billing in Marg Software, them user needs to resolve this issue by following the below steps:
After following the above steps, the Party Ledger window will get enabled in Retail bill in Marg Software.
1. Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.
2. A 'Control Room' window will appear.
3. The user will select ‘Search in all’.
4. A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Patient'.
5. Now click on ‘Accept’.
6. A 'Patient' window will appear.
7. In 'Patient v/s Ledger' option, the user will select 'X/L'.
8. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
9. Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
