If ' Party Name Must ' alert appears while Cash Billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software, if at the time of Cash Billing, the software displays an alert of 'Party Name Must' then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve the alert of 'Party Name Must', the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Must'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Must' window will appear.
  • In 'Doctor & Customer Name Y-Must N-Not Necessary' option, the user will select 'N'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view an alert of 'Party Name Must' will get resolved while cash Billing in Marg Software.

Ans.2

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

2. A 'Control Room' window will appear. The user will select ‘Search in all’.

3. The user will Search 'Party on Cashh' and click on ‘Accept’.

4. In 'Party on Cash Bill M-Must/Y-Start-Save/S-Start/L-Save/N-On Left Arrow' option, the user will select 'S'.

5. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

6. Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
