In Marg ERP Software, the user can easily e-mail the outstanding report to all the parties at one time. In order to mail outstanding report, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Books > Outstandings > Whole.

• A 'Whole' window will appear in which the user will enter date upto which date the outstanding report needs to be viewed.

• Then click on 'Ok'.

• Thereafter a 'Debtors Outstanding Report' window will appear. 

• Click on email icon which displays bottom of the window.

An 'Email-To' window will appear with some options which are mentioned below:

1. To Parties: If the user needs to mail directly to all parties, then this option will be selected.

2. To Parties+ Fields Staff: If the user needs to mail directly to all parties and their M.R.(Salesman), then this option will be selected.

3. Ask Me: If the user needs to mail to some selected parties, then this option will be selected.

Suppose select 'To Parties' in order to mail report to all the parties.

After following the above steps, the mail of Outstanding Report will get sent to all the parties.
