If an alert of ' Some error Occur while connecting to Server ' appear at the time of uploading e-Invoice then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

If at the time of uploading e invoice, software shows an alert of 'Some error Occur while connecting to Server' then this issue can easily be resolved:

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the given steps:

  • Go to Gst > GSTR Settings.

  • ‘GST Settings’ window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘E Invoice Settings’.

  • An ‘E Invoice Settings’ window will appear.
  • In ‘Select Your GSP’; the user will select ‘Pinnacle Finserv’.

eInvoice Login Username & Password: Mention the Username and Password which is created at the time of API Integration.

  • Then click on ‘Okay’.

After following the above steps, the alert of ‘Server Authentication error’ will not appear at the time of uploading E Invoice in Marg Software.

Note: If the error is still showing same then the user needs to update the GST Patch in the software. Click here to Update GST Patch.
