In Marg ERP Software, if an alert of "You are not authorised to use this option" appears while converting a Temporary Purchase into a Purchase Bill, this issue can be resolved easily.

In order to resolve this issue then user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• Select the user for whom the permission is to be given.
• Suppose select user ‘A’.

• The user will search ‘Purchase’ & click on the 'Accept' button.

• In data entry 'Y'- bill+challan, 'O' only challan, 'N' only bill option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• Again, press 'ESC' key & click on the 'Yes' option.

• A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear.

• Again, Press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

• In order to re-login, the user needs to press ‘Ctrl+U’ key on the main screen of the software.

• Enter the 'User ID and Password'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• After following the above steps, the user can easily convert a Temporary Purchase into a Purchase Bill in the Marg ERP Software.
