• In Marg ERP Software, the user can set Free Scheme Formula as per the requirement.
• With the help of My Own Sales Scheme option, the user can predefined the Scheme according to the desired structure that will make the software to Auto Load the Scheme while Billing.
• My Own Sales Scheme allows the user to set a formula for each and every Quantity as per the requirement.

Process To Set My Own Sales Scheme’s In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Rate & Discount Master > My Own Sales Scheme's.

• In 'Deal' option, the user will mention the quantity as per the required Scheme.
• Suppose mention '10' and press 'Enter' key.

• In 'Free' option, the user will mention the quantity to be given as Free with '10'.
• Suppose mention '2' and click on 'Okay' button.

• Now, the user will mention the Scheme for each Quantity between 1 to 10 as per the requirement.
• Suppose the user mentions if sale '5' Quantity instead of 10 Quantity then the customer will get '1' Qty as Free.

• Similarly, the user will define Scheme for each quantity within the mentioned Deal of '10+2'.
• Then, Click on 'Save' button.

• Now, the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

Process To Set Scheme In Item Master In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

• Press 'F3' key on the item for which the scheme needs to be set.
• Suppose select 'Amifru 40'.

• In 'Free Scheme < M >' the user will mention the Deal.
• Suppose mention '10+2'.

Note: If cursor not wait on 'Free Scheme < M >' option the user need to Enable Free Deal from Master.

• In 'Valid From' option, the user will select 'Whole Scheme'.

• Now, the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' button to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that My Own Sales Scheme will get pick in Marg ERP Software.
