In Marg Software, if the user needs to enable MR ( Salesman ) / Area / Route in the sale bill then it can done easily.

In order to enable MR ( Salesman ) / Area / Route, the user needs to follow the below steps:

Note: There is no provision of MR / Area / Route in the Basic version. Also, MR / Area / Route will only display in Sundry Debtor Group Ledgers.

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Salesman'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Salesman' window will appear.

• In ‘Salesman / Rout / Area wise reports required' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps, the MR / Area / Route field will get enabled in Sale Bill in Marg Software.

• The user will press 'Spacebar' key to select M.R.

• Then select salesman (M.R.) as per the requirement.
