If the user is not being able to modify the purchase entry and software shows an alert 'Modify allowed upto' then this issue can be resolved easily:

In order to resolve the issue, the user need to follow the given steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's. Press Enter.

• A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.

• Select the user to make the desired changes. Then Press Enter.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Edit Purchase' .

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Edit Purchase' window will appear.

• In 'Purchase' option, the user can view that here the days upto which the modification is allowed has already been mentioned.

• Suppose in our case 1 has mentioned.

• Therefore, In 'Purchase' option, the user needs to mention '999'.

• The user will now press 'Esc' key.

• Again press 'Escape' key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Again Press 'Escape' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

• Now in order to Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl + U' on the main screen of the software. 

• A Change User window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A Change User window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the user can easily modify the purchase bill entry.
