If ' You are not Authorised to use this Option ' alert appears while creating Sale Bill then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Ans.1

Note: This error may appear if the software has not been Renewed. So please Renew Software for the further working .

If at the time of creating sale entry an alert of 'Sorry you are not Authorised' show then  it can be easily resolve it in Marg Software.

In order to resolve this alert, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

  • A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.
  • Select the user to make changes.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Gst Outward'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Gst Outward' window will appear.
  • InSale & GST Outward’, the user will select ‘Y’.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yesto save the changes.

  • A 'Power Change' Pop-up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

  • Press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

  • Now for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl + U' key on the main screen.   

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password. 

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the user can easily create Sale Bill without any error in Marg Software.

Ans.2

1. Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

2. A 'Password & Authority' window will appear. Select the user to whom the permission is to be given.

3. A 'Marg Powers' window will appear. Select ‘Search in all’. 

4. A 'Powers' window will appear. Search ‘Data Entry’ and click on ‘Accept’.

5. A 'Data Entry' window will appear > In ‘Current Year Data Entry’ the user will set ‘Entry Edit & Amendment’.

6. Press 'ESC' key twice and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

7. Again press 'ESC' key and then click on 'Yes'.

8. From the main window, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key and then enter the user Id and password.

9. Then keep pressing 'Enter' key.

Ans.3

Cause:

This error may appear if the user has opened the Software Twice .

Solution:

The user needs to Close the Software and Re-Open again.

Ans.4

Cause:

This alert displays when the Renewal of the software is pending or 'Warranty Notice' alert show.

Solution:

Make Online Payment for Renewal.

Ans.5

Cause:

This alert displays when the license is not verified.

Solution:

The user needs to Verify License.
