If " Billing on Rate A not allowed " alert appears while selecting the ledger then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, while selecting the ledger software display an alert 'Billing on RateA not allowed' this issue can be resolved easily.

In order to resolve Billing on Rate A not allowed, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room. 

• The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

• The user will search 'Promotional' and click on the 'Accept' button.

• In 'Auto charge Rate*Qty from customer for promotion on' option, the user will select 'N'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can resolve the 'Billing on Rate A not allowed' alert in Marg ERP Software.
