Overview of Integration of ICICI Bank with Marg ERP Software

• Marg ERP; a leading software application provider in GST has introduced a faster and easier Payment Reconciliation in order to help simplify and ease the banking transactions.
• A seamless integration of Marg ERP & ICICI Bank will help to easily manage the bank transactions i.e. IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, Same Bank Transfer.

Process of ICICI Registration with Marg ERP Software

• Go to Digital > Registration > Connected Banking.

An 'Admin/Supervisor Details' window will appear.

The Software will auto pick the 'Licence No/Branch/company UID'.

a. Contact Person: Mention the contact person name as per the requirement.

b. Regd E-mail: Mention the Registered E-Mail.

c. Regd Mobile: Mention the Registered Mobile.

Click on 'Authenticate'.

• In 'Send OTP to' option, the user will select the option on which OTP needs to be send.
• Suppose select 'Both' and click on 'Send'.

• The user will mention the OTP which is received on E-mail or Mobile Number. 
• Click on 'Verfiy' button.

• Click on 'Save & Register'.

• Click on 'Ok' button.

• The user will click on 'Add'.

• In 'Selected Bank', the user will select the ICICI Bank and click on 'Okay'.

• In 'Bank A/c No.' option, the user will mention the Bank Account Number.

• Now the user needs to mention the Corporate Id and User Id. 
• To view the Corporate Id and User Id, Login on 'ICICI Bank Portal'.

• The user will Login on ICICI Internet Banking Portal.
• Mention the 'User Id' or 'Password' and click on 'Proceed'.

• Click on Personal Profile > Personal Details.

• A 'Personal Profile' window will appear.
• The user can view the 'Corporate Id' and 'User Id'.

• Now the user will mention 'Corporate Id' and 'User Id' showing on ICICI Portal.

• In 'Login Id' option, the user will mention the id given by the bank to user (It's optional).
• Suppose skip this detail.

• Now, place check mark on 'I accept Terms and Conditions'.

• After reading all Terms & Conditions scroll down and click on 'I Agree to Terms & Conditions'.

• Clcik on 'Save & Register'.

• Click on 'Ok'.

• The user needs to approve the Registration request form the ICICI Bank Portal.
• Click on 'Ok'.

Note: For final approval, the user needs to coordinate with their icici bank's RM.

After getting Approval from ICICI Bank, the user will click on 'Connected Banking' in ICICI Portal.

• Select the Banking details and click on 'Approve' button.

• Now, the user will enter the 'OTP' and click on 'Confirm' button.

After following the above steps, the user can make Payments through ICICI Bank in Marg ERP Software.
