In Marg Software, if at the time of  Creating Quotation an alert displays 'You are not authorized to use this option' then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve error of 'You Are Not Authorised to use this option, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's. 

• A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.

• Select the user to make the desired changes. Press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Challan Entry' .

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Challan Entry' Window will appear.

• In 'Data Entry Y-Bill+Challan  O-Only Challan  N-Only Bill' the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

• Now, in order to Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the user can easily Create Quotation in Marg Software.

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

2. A 'Control Room' window will appear. The user will select ‘Search in all’.

3. A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Challan'.

4. Now click on ‘Accept’.

5. A 'Challan' window will appear. In 'Challan entry required' option, the user will select 'Y'.

6. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

7. Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
