In Marg ERP Software, if "You are not authorised to use this option" alert appears at the time of clicking on item master multi editing then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve "You are not authorised to use this option" alert, the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select operator in which power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on ‘Search In All’.

• The user will search 'Multi' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'Multi Deletion/Editing' option, user will select 'Y'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• A 'Powers Change' Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• Now for Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view the "You are not authorised to use this option" alert in Item Master Multi Editing will be resolved in Marg ERP Software.
