In Marg ERP Software, if at the time of selecting Multi Changes in the Old Bill; an error displays 'You are not authorized to use this option' then this issue can be resolved.

 In order to resolve this issue then user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

  • Select the user to make the desired changes & 'Enter'.

 

  • The user will select ‘Search In All’.

  • The user will search 'Multi' & click on ‘Accept’ button.

  • In the ‘Multi Deletion/Editing’ option, the user will select 'Y'.

  • Now press the 'ESC' key.

  • Again, press the 'ESC' key & click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • A Pop-Up will appear 'Powers Change' & press 'ESC' key.

  • Press 'ESC' key & click on ‘Yes’.

  • Now, for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl + U' on the main screen.

  • Enter the User ID and Password.

  • The user will press 'ESC' Key.

After doing the above steps, the option to make multiple changes in old bills will be enabled for a particular user in Marg ERP Software.
