If ' Not Authorised ' alert appear while Exporting and Importing Accounts and Inventory then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if while exporting and importing Accounts & Inventory software displays an alert 'Not Authorised' appears then this issue can be resolved easily.

In order to resolve Not Authorised alert, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

  • A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.
  • Select the user to make the desired changes. Then Press 'Enter' key.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will selectSearch In All’.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Export' .
  • Click on ‘Accept’.

  • In 'Edit after Export/Import' option,user will select 'Y'.
  • In 'Data Import/Export/Y-Both/Nooption,user will select 'Y'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key.

  • Again press 'ESC' key and then click onYesto save the changes.

  • A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

  • Again Press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

  • Now in order to Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen of the software

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the user can easily Export and Import Accounts and Inventory in Marg Software.

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

2. A 'Control Room' window will appear. The user will select ‘Search in all’.

3. The user will Search 'Data Import' and click on ‘Accept’.

4. In 'Option of Data Import/Export/Both/Not Required' option, the user will select 'Both'.

5. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

6. Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
