Overview of Doctor wise Commission in Marg Books

Marg Books has introduced the Doctor-wise Commission feature for Chemist Setup. This feature allows for configuring doctor commissions, specifying which doctors will receive commissions and on which items' sales they will earn commission, among other details.

Process to Enable & Configure Doctor wise Commission in Marg Books

• Firstly, click on 'Settings'

• A 'Dashboard Setting' window will appear.
• In 'Control Room' option, the user will click on 'Configure' button.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.
• The user will search 'Commission'.

• In 'Doctor Commission' option, the user select 'Yes'.

• The user will click on 'Configure' button.

A 'Doctor Commission Configuration' window will appear.

a. Commission Display on Sale Bill: To display the doctor's commission while billing, select 'Yes'.

Suppose select  'Yes'.

b. Commission will Apply on Profit: To apply the doctor's commission on profit, select 'Yes'.

Suppose select 'No'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• A 'Save Changes ?' alert will appear.
• The user will click on 'Save' button.

• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• A 'Page need to refresh' alert will appear.
• Click on 'Ok' button.

• Click on 'Master > Other Master > Doctor'.

• A 'Doctor List' window will appear.
• The user will select doctor whose commission needs to be fed.
• Suppose select 'Vanya Kapoor' and click on 'Edit' icon.

• A 'Modify Doctor' window will appear.
• In 'Commission %' field, the user will enter 'Commission Percentage' as per the requirement.
• Suppose enter '10%' and click on 'Update' button.

• Thereafter, the user can easily Feed Doctor Commission in Marg Books.

Process to Apply Doctor wise Commission on Bill in Marg Books

• Click on 'Sale >Bill'.

• A 'GST Invoice List' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Create' button.

• A 'Sale Bill' window will appear.
• In 'Date' field, the user enter date as per the requirement.

• In 'Party Name' field, software will auto picked 'Cash Account'.
• The user will select Patient and doctor as per the requirement.

• In 'Product' field, the user will press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Select Item' window will appear.
• The user will select item as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Cough Syrup' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• A 'Selected Item Batch' window will appear.
• The user will select item's batch as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Batch 1' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• The user will enter 'Qty and Rate' as per the requirement.

• The user can view the Doctor Commission will get displayed on billing window.

• The user will click on 'Save' button in order to save the bill.

After following the above steps, the user can easily implement Doctor wise Commission in Marg Books.
