If same Mobile Number does not Add in Multiple Patients on ABHA then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, the user can add a Single Mobile Number to Multiple Patients on ABHA as per the requirement. However, if the software gives an alert of 'Already Exists' and the user is unable to add the Same Mobile Number to another patient, then it can be resolved easily.

In order to add the same number to multiple patients, the user needs to follow the steps below:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

  • The user will select 'Search in all'. 

  • The user will search 'Multiple Patient'.
  • Now click on 'Accept'.

  • In 'Allow Multiple Patient (Family) on Single Mobile/Code' option, the user will select 'Y'.

  • The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

  • Now click on 'Yes' to save the changes.

  • Click on 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the user can Add Same Number in Multiple Patient on ABHA in Marg ERP Software.
