If same Mobile Number does not Add in Multiple Patients on ABHA then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, the user can Add a Single Mobile Number in Multiple Patients on ABHA as per the requirement. However, if the software gives an alert of 'Already Exits' and the user is unable to Add the Same Mobile Number in another patient then it can be resolved easily.

In order to Add the Same Number in Multiple Patients, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Multiple Patient'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • In 'Allow Multiple Patient (Family) on Single Mobile/Code' option, the user will select 'Y'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • Thereafter, while adding the same number in Patient an alert of 'Allow Duplicate' will appear.
  • Click on 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the user can Add Same Number in Multiple Patient on ABHA in Marg ERP Software.
